We always provide them enough clothing and proper equipment during the trekking (which is a major issue in certain trekking areas). If you've trekked before you will know how hard porters have to work to earn a living. Yet many guides and porters are shockingly underpaid by some trekking agents. And for that matter, please rest assured that our guides, porters and other supporting staff will be fairly paid. The expenses you paid will go fairly and directly to them, even the local community.
